• • As a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer at Zillow Home Loans, you will originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing, guiding borrowers from first contact to funding while ensuring compliance and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• • Day to day, you will convert company-provided purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up, manage an active pipeline to meet productivity metrics and funding expectations, leverage Zillow’s CRM and loan origination systems, and partner with centralized processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
