We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Support Engineer to join our dynamic Agilent CrossLab organization, a network of experts dedicated to enhancing laboratory performance and meeting critical business needs for our Life Science and Chemical Analysis customers.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our external customers, providing expert remote technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary focus will be on Agilent's advanced chromatography (GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS, and others) and spectrometry instrumentation, leveraging your diagnostic skills to swiftly identify issues and devise effective repair strategies.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to minimize customer downtime and ensure the optimal performance and availability of their laboratory systems. This involves delivering a high level of reactive and proactive technical services, guiding customers through troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration processes.
  • • You will be instrumental in identifying customer issues, providing remote diagnostics for both hardware and software, and offering comprehensive problem resolution to enhance system efficiency and uptime.
