  • • Your day-to-day will involve overseeing all operational and technical aspects of assigned remote events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed.
  • • A key part of your role will be to provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the Remote Operations staff, including Operations Coordinators and technical crew, fostering a high-performing and knowledgeable team.
  • • You will act as an on-site manager, upholding ESPN's Workplace Conduct and Safety Policies, and will be responsible for vetting and authorizing all on-site personnel to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
