- • Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking healthcare or wellness services via inbound SMS messages, providing thoughtful, consultative responses rather than scripted replies.
- • Engage in empathetic, open-ended conversations to understand each patient’s unique needs, goals, and concerns, guiding them toward appropriate care options.
- • Schedule phone consultations with prospective patients using digital scheduling tools such as Calendly, ensuring accurate time coordination and confirmation.
- • Accurately document all patient interactions, including notes on concerns, preferences, and next steps, using CRM platforms and scheduling systems (training provided).
- • Build trust and rapport with prospective patients through compassionate communication, active listening, and personalized follow-ups as needed.
- • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries during designated Eastern Time business hours (16:00–24:00 GMT), maintaining availability for on-call responsiveness without fixed shift requirements.
- • Perform light reporting tasks using Excel or similar spreadsheet tools to track patient interactions, response times, and scheduling metrics.
- • Maintain strict adherence to privacy and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive patient information.
- • Work entirely remotely with no requirement to be physically present in an office, allowing for flexible scheduling around other personal or professional commitments.
- • Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading digital health platforms including Go High Level, DrChrono, and Calendly as part of daily workflow.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven team focused on improving patient access to care through human-centered, non-transactional communication.
- • Operate in a part-time, on-call capacity where active engagement is only required when inquiries are received, with no minimum hour obligations outside of responsiveness windows.
- • Receive structured onboarding and ongoing support to navigate digital tools, compliance protocols, and communication best practices.
- • Participate in a supportive, empathetic work culture that prioritizes genuine human connection over volume-based metrics.
🎯 Requirements
- • Comfortable learning and navigating digital tools; CRM and scheduling platform experience is a plus
- • Strong written communication skills for SMS, with clear verbal skills for occasional phone calls
