📋 Description

• As a Remote Processing Specialist at ClearResult Consulting LLC, you will play a critical role in advancing the company’s mission to drive a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future by ensuring accurate and timely processing of energy rebate requests through the Integrated Customer Service (ICS) team.
• Your work directly supports program deliverables that help communities reduce energy consumption and costs, contributing to broader environmental and social equity goals while operating within a people-first culture grounded in trust, accountability, and transparency.
• Day to day, you will perform accurate data entry and validation of energy rebate requests from various sources, ensuring all information is complete, correct, and compliant with program requirements before submission.
• You will consistently meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including maintaining a production standard of 90% or higher and an accuracy rating of 99% or better, while minimizing critical errors on a monthly basis.
• You will actively contribute to process improvement initiatives in a collaborative team environment, suggesting refinements to workflows based on your hands-on experience to enhance efficiency and quality.
• You will follow all outlined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rigorously to ensure consistency, compliance, and reliability in processing tasks, adapting quickly to updates as programs evolve.
• You will maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications and interactions, representing ClearResult’s values while working remotely with minimal supervision.
• You will develop new skills and competencies as needed to support emerging programs and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet utilization goals set by your supervisor, including potential evening or weekend shifts during peak volume periods.
• You will operate from a dedicated home office space provided by ClearResult, which includes a company-issued laptop, necessary software, and equipment, while adhering to strict remote work requirements such as hardwired internet connectivity (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download / 99% latency) and two available power connections.
• You will be scheduled to remain on the phone throughout your entire shift, with no flexibility to attend to personal matters, answer the door, or provide caregiving during work hours, ensuring uninterrupted focus on processing tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry is preferred but not required; candidates with demonstrated ability to accurately input and validate information will be strongly considered.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word) are highly desirable for managing rebate documentation and tracking.
• Resourcefulness, inquisitiveness, and high energy are essential traits for adapting to changing priorities, learning new programs, and maintaining productivity in a remote setting.
• Flexibility with schedule is required, including the willingness to work split shifts, evenings, and/or Saturdays as needed during periods of increased volume, with minimal notice.
• Ability to meet and maintain ClearResult’s remote work technical requirements: hardwired internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download and 99% latency, dedicated disruption-free home office space, and two power outlets.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; ClearResult does not provide immigration support or work authorization assistance for this role.
