You will be the trusted advisor who meets with pre-qualified clients—virtually or in their homes—to design custom protection plans that safeguard families from the financial shocks of unexpected death, disability, or retirement shortfalls. Every appointment is pre-set by our in-house lead-generation team, so you spend your day doing what you do best: listening, educating, and closing.
- • Your core mission is to present mortgage-protection, life-insurance, final-expense, retirement-protection, annuity, and debt-free-living solutions that fit each household’s unique goals and budget. You will analyze existing coverage, identify gaps, and recommend products from our portfolio of A-rated carriers. Expect to run 2–4 appointments daily (part-time reps average 8–12 per week; full-time reps average 15–20). Each appointment lasts 45–60 minutes, and you will use our cloud-based quoting and e-application platform to deliver same-day approvals.
- • Because promotions are tied solely to personal production—not tenure or office politics—you will see rapid advancement. Within 90 days of consistent activity, top rookies are promoted to Field Trainer, earning override commissions on their personal recruits. By month six, many earn Regional Manager status, opening stock-option eligibility and profit-sharing. Your leadership path is transparent: sell, teach, and build teams—the faster you grow, the faster you earn.
- • You will never cold-call, door-knock, or beg friends for leads. Our marketing engine combines direct-mail, digital funnels, and live-transfer calls that filter for homeowners with mortgages, seniors turning 65, or families seeking final-expense coverage. Leads are exclusive to you for 72 hours and replenished weekly based on your activity level. Your CRM dashboard tracks every lead, appointment, and follow-up, so you always know your pipeline value and next best action.
- • Training is immersive and continuous. Week 1: virtual onboarding covers product knowledge, carrier guidelines, and compliance. Week 2: ride-along Zoom sessions with a mentor where you observe live closes. Week 3: you run appointments while your mentor shadows and debriefs each call. After that, weekly skill clinics, carrier webinars, and a private Slack channel keep you sharp. Average first-appointment close rate for new reps is 38 %—and climbs to 60 % within six months.
- • Expect uncapped commission income paid daily via ACH. Part-time reps working 15 hours a week average $1,800–$3,200; full-time reps working 35–40 hours average $5,500–$9,800. Top 10 % earn six figures in their first year. Bonuses include production trips (Puerto Vallarta, Nashville, Dominican Republic), monthly cash spiffs, and equity shares in agency expansion markets.
- • You will work from anywhere in the U.S. as long as you maintain a quiet, professional environment for virtual appointments. Quarterly, you will participate in community-education webinars that position you as the local “financial quarterback,” driving inbound leads and long-term client retention. Your success stories will be featured in our national newsletter, accelerating your personal brand and downstream recruiting power.

- • High-school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, finance, or communications is a plus

- • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a remote schedule without direct supervision
