- • Develop and execute comprehensive organic and paid social media strategies across all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to drive client engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality social content tailored to client industries, audience demographics, and platform-specific best practices, ensuring alignment with overall content marketing goals.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion data using native platform analytics and third-party tools.
- • Collaborate with content creators, SEO specialists, and account managers to ensure cohesive messaging across blogs, videos, infographics, and web content that supports integrated marketing campaigns.
- • Stay current with evolving social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platform features to recommend strategic adjustments and innovative content formats.
- • Manage client social media calendars with precision, ensuring timely publishing, consistent brand voice, and adherence to client guidelines and approval workflows.
- • Engage with followers and communities through responsive commenting, direct messaging, and community management to foster brand loyalty and positive sentiment.
- • Conduct competitive social media audits and benchmark analyses to identify opportunities for differentiation and performance improvement relative to industry peers.
- • Translate client business objectives into measurable social media KPIs and present clear, data-driven performance reports to internal teams and clients on a regular basis.
- • Work autonomously in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the VP of Social Media and cross-functional teams across global time zones.
- • Adapt quickly to shifting client priorities and campaign demands, balancing multiple accounts with high attention to detail and deadline adherence.
- • Continuously refine content strategies based on performance insights and audience feedback to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.
- • Participate in team brainstorming sessions, strategy reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to elevate the collective expertise of Brafton’s social media practice.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform advertising policies, ad targeting options, budget allocation best practices, and paid social campaign optimization techniques.
- • Ensure all published content complies with brand safety standards, copyright regulations, and accessibility guidelines.
- • Proactively identify content gaps or underperforming assets and propose data-backed improvements to enhance overall social media effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience developing and managing organic and paid social media campaigns for B2B or B2C clients
- • Expertise in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences and platforms
