📋 Description

• • The Remote Statutory Reporting Director will lead statutory financial reporting for multiple states, ensuring compliance with Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and NAIC requirements while supporting Alignment Healthcare’s mission to serve seniors and the chronically ill.
• • Day to day, the role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing statutory financial statements and filings, supervising supplemental reporting for insurance companies, researching SAP/NAIC changes, overseeing statutory accounting department strategy, coordinating with third-party consultants, and responding to external auditors and state regulators.
