  • • As a Renewal Manager within Deel’s Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in protecting and growing revenue by ensuring timely and successful contract renewals across a high-volume book of small-spend accounts in the EMEA region. Your work directly contributes to Deel’s mission of enabling global work by maintaining customer continuity and trust in its all-in-one HR and payroll platform.
  • • You will own the full renewal lifecycle for your assigned accounts, proactively triggering renewal motions based on contract timelines, monitoring health signals, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication are delivered to customers well in advance of renewal dates.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing product usage, support history, and payment behavior to identify renewal risks; maintaining structured CRM records with renewal likelihood, notes, and next steps; addressing commercial objections related to pricing, scope, or contract terms; and collaborating with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve root causes of dissatisfaction.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of renewal processes by refining playbooks, suggesting automation enhancements, and sharing insights to increase predictability and efficiency across the team.
  • • Operating within Deel’s fast-paced, globally distributed environment, you’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage commercial escalations and ensure alignment on renewal strategies, all while maintaining a process-driven, detail-oriented approach to high-volume account management.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in SaaS renewal motions, customer health analytics, and commercial negotiation within a high-growth, innovative company shaping the future of global work—building transferable skills in revenue operations, customer retention, and data-informed decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3+ years of experience in customer success, renewals, account administration, support operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • • Strong ability to assess renewal risk and manage commercial conversations without relying on a traditional sales approach.
  • • Excellent written communication skills to engage customers clearly and professionally during sensitive renewal moments.
  • • Comfortable handling objections and participating in structured negotiation scenarios with calm and professionalism.
  • • Skilled at interpreting customer signals and data (usage, support, payment) to inform renewal health assessments and improve forecast accuracy.
  • • High attention to detail, strong process discipline, and proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts simultaneously.
