  • • The Renewal Solution Advisor at CDW Corporation is a client-facing sales role focused on driving revenue growth through the sale of maintenance contracts, renewal solutions, SaaS, subscriptions, software, services, and hardware to existing and new territory and major accounts. This role combines sales expertise with data analytics skills to analyze contracts, reconcile inventory, and build data-driven renewal strategies that ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • • Day to day, the Renewal Solution Advisor will attain quarterly and annual sales quotas, manage and forecast a pipeline of renewal opportunities, conduct regular sales calls to develop customer and OEM partner relationships, lead renewal tracking and follow-up to ensure on-time renewals, collaborate with sales teams to expand renewal footprints, provide recommendations on renew, refresh, or upgrade solutions, assist with RFP bid processes and service contract issues, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all maintenance offerings including Hardware Maintenance, Software Maintenance, Software Subscription, and SaaS.
