- • The Renewals Specialist role is critical to protecting and growing CoderPad’s revenue base by ensuring timely renewals for low-touch and tech-touch customer accounts under $20k ARR.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end renewal process, leveraging AI-powered automation and data-driven outreach to manage a high-volume book of business, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive measurable retention outcomes.
- • The role is part of CoderPad’s Customer Success team, which supports the company’s mission as the global leader in technical interviewing, serving over 4,000 customers across 165+ countries.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS renewal strategies, customer retention analytics, and AI-enhanced engagement techniques while contributing directly to revenue stability and growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or renewals, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret usage metrics and customer health indicators to inform renewal strategies.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both French and English required for engaging international clients.
- • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with automation tools for scalable outreach.
- • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and process adherence.
