- • As a Renting Account Manager at Carwow Ltd, you will serve as the strategic partner for renting companies, specialized brokers, dealership groups, and financial institutions, playing a pivotal role in optimizing their performance on the platform by deeply understanding monthly instalment mechanics, fleet management, and the complex triangulation between manufacturers, funders, and end customers—directly contributing to Carwow’s mission of becoming the car-changing destination of choice in Europe.
- • You will manage and scale a portfolio of renting partners through weekly phone conversations and bi-annual on-site meetings, ensuring renting offers remain competitive in pricing and service inclusion, while consulting clients on operational best practices and co-creating tailored sales growth strategies that align with their business objectives and drive mutual success.
- • You will train and onboard new partners, navigate intricate stakeholder maps spanning Fleet Managers, Risk Departments, and Commercial Directors, and collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to enhance how all-inclusive renting offers (insurance, maintenance, tires) are displayed and compared on the platform—ensuring clarity, transparency, and conversion optimization.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex client needs into actionable platform improvements, leveraging data-led insights to influence product evolution and positioning Carwow as the indispensable partner in the automotive renting ecosystem.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where autonomy is rewarded, results are celebrated, and your interpersonal excellence—spanning from C-suite executives to frontline sales teams—will be the key to building long-term, strategic partnerships that scale revenue and market share.
- • You will grow alongside Carwow as it expands its influence post-Autovia acquisition, gaining exposure to a multimedia powerhouse with 10M+ YouTube subscribers, 1.1B annual views, and 350M+ web content reach—positioning you at the intersection of automotive, media, and fintech innovation.
- • You will develop deep expertise in B2B account management within the automotive renting sector, mastering consultative selling, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven negotiation—skills that are highly transferable and future-proof in an evolving mobility landscape.
- • You will achieve measurable impact by increasing partner retention, uplifting offer conversion rates, and contributing to Carwow’s continued 50%+ year-on-year growth, all while being supported by a culture that values learning, inclusion, and personal wellbeing.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of previous experience in a B2B client-facing role (account management, sales, or consulting), preferably within the automotive renting industry
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships across all levels—from directors and commercial leaders to ground-level sales executives and operational teams
- • Comfortable with data-led decision making, using insights to assess performance, identify opportunities, and advise clients on optimizing their renting offers on the platform
