- • The Reputation Specialist at Howly will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the trust and credibility of the company’s four global products across international markets by managing online reputation and search engine visibility.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing ORM and SERM strategies, administering company profiles on review platforms (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews.io), monitoring brand mentions and competitor activity, coordinating with copywriters and moderation teams, managing SERM efforts to replace negative search results with positive content, liaising with contractors for content creation, and preparing regular reports on key reputation metrics.
- • Howly is a Ukrainian multi-product venture builder under Skelar AS, operating globally with over 300 employees and four launched products in the professional services space, including document automation, career growth platforms, AI-powered job search tools, and a technical talent marketplace. The company blends startup agility with mature processes and a strong values-driven culture.
- • In this role, the specialist will deepen expertise in online reputation management, gain hands-on experience with international review platforms and SEO tools, develop cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute directly to brand trust and user perception in competitive global markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • Understanding of SERM and ORM principles
- • English language at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
- • Practical experience working with review platforms such as Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and Reviews.io
- • Ability to work with content: creating clear briefs, reviewing texts, and controlling communication style
- • Skills in researching information fields and conducting competitive analysis
