  • • In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of helping our clients navigate the complex landscape of brand perception, consumer behavior, and industry trends. You will dive deep into social media and digital data, transforming raw information into actionable intelligence that empowers clients to optimize their strategies and achieve their business objectives.   • • As a Research Analyst, you will tackle intriguing questions such as: How does a brand's performance stack up against its competitors? What adjustments to a social media content strategy are necessary to align with a company's overarching business goals? Based on historical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), how can a company elevate its social media performance? Your work will directly influence client strategies, helping them understand their market position, connect with their target audiences more effectively, and ultimately drive measurable results.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of analytical and strategic tasks. You will be instrumental in analyzing vast datasets from social media and digital platforms, identifying key trends, audience behaviors, and cultural nuances that impact brand performance. A significant part of your role will involve crafting sophisticated, client-facing presentations. These presentations will not just present data, but tell a compelling, data-driven story, meticulously tailored to the specific business objectives of each client. You will learn to connect the dots between social media conversations, audience sentiment, and concrete performance metrics, surfacing opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You will be comfortable with business writing, client communication, and presentation delivery, with experience in direct client interaction being a significant advantage. Your technical aptitude will allow you to quickly master new software, and your proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint will be essential for data manipulation and presentation development. While full training on Brandwatch software will be provided, prior familiarity with social media analytics tools will be beneficial.
