- • As a vital member of our Professional Services team, you will be instrumental in executing bespoke research projects. These projects are designed to provide our clients with a profound understanding of their brands, target audiences, and competitive landscapes, enabling them to make informed, impactful decisions.
- • You will tackle complex questions such as: How does a brand's performance stack up against its competitors? What social media content strategies will best align with a company's specific business objectives? How can past key performance indicators (KPIs) inform and improve future social media performance?
- • Your primary responsibility will be to analyze vast amounts of social media and digital data. Through meticulous examination, you will uncover critical insights that directly influence client performance and shape their strategic direction.
- • A significant part of your role will involve crafting compelling, data-driven client presentations. These presentations must not only showcase findings but also tell a clear, persuasive story tailored to each client's unique business objectives and challenges.
- • You will be expected to connect the dots between emerging social media trends, nuanced audience behaviors, and broader cultural insights, linking them directly to performance data. This synthesis will reveal actionable opportunities for clients to enhance their market position and engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, social media management, or agency-side roles, with demonstrable experience in KPI reporting.
- • Solid understanding of marketing principles and social media dynamics, with the ability to think from a client's perspective and provide business-objective-driven recommendations.
- • Familiarity with social media paid data and an interest in current social media platforms and trends.
- • Proven experience in creating data visualizations, data storytelling, and developing compelling report narratives.
- • Competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
