- • As a Research Associate at M3 USA Corporation, you will be an integral part of our project teams, serving as the foundational analyst for critical client engagements. - • Your primary responsibility will involve a wide spectrum of activities, beginning with the identification and acquisition of project-specific data. Under clear guidance, you will meticulously gather information from various sources, ensuring its relevance and completeness for subsequent analysis.
- • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to building robust datasets. This involves leveraging secondary sources and conducting primary research, which may include designing instruments, performing quality control and testing for surveys, and subsequently analyzing and reporting on the findings. You will be adept at cleaning, restructuring, and validating this data to ensure its integrity and suitability for project-specific modeling.
- • You will conduct prescribed analyses with a high degree of accuracy, employing a range of statistical and econometric techniques. This includes, but is not limited to, general linear models, linear, non-linear, and logistic regression analyses, decision tree analysis (CHAID and C&RT), latent class modeling, clustering algorithms, econometric modeling, experimental design and hypothesis testing, ANOVA analysis, survival analysis, and time series and forecasting.
- • A key aspect of your contribution will be identifying potentially meaningful findings and significant insights derived from your analytical work. You will be expected to go beyond surface-level observations, uncovering the underlying trends and implications that drive strategic recommendations.
- • To support your conclusions and ensure comprehensive analysis, you will be responsible for filling any identified data gaps. This proactive approach ensures that your findings are well-supported and robust.
- • You will play a crucial role in preparing clear and concise client-facing materials. This includes creating simple charts, graphs, and supporting report sections for your assigned project areas, and articulating key findings in a way that is easily understandable to stakeholders.
- • Summarizing your findings clearly and contributing actively to internal team discussions will be essential. Your ability to articulate complex information and engage in collaborative problem-solving will be highly valued.

- • Adherence to firm operating procedures and client policy requirements, including strict compliance with pharmacovigilance guidelines, is paramount. You will maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- • As a Research Associate, you will operate both independently and as a collaborative member of a project team. Delivering high-quality, error-free work in an efficient manner is expected. You will report to Consultants, Managing Consultants, and/or Executives throughout the course of an engagement.
- • You will gain invaluable experience by working simultaneously on multiple client engagements, honing your project management skills and demonstrating your ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
- • Typical engagements you will contribute to include market identification, sizing, and prioritization studies; epidemiology studies; new product uptake and demand forecasting; patient flow and journey analysis; market structure analysis; customer segmentation; account potential and performance evaluation; customer targeting; marketing and sales promotion response measurement; resource allocation modeling; and uncovering critical marketplace insights.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, economics, mathematics, engineering, operations research, health informatics or related quantitative field from an elite institution, including Ivy League institutions, with a strong academic record.
- • Demonstrated analytical skills—understands the advantages and limits of different analytical approaches and studies and their findings including regression, significance testing, clustering algorithms and modeling techniques.
- • Strong analytic and quantitative reasoning skills, with a genuine enjoyment of problem-solving.
- • Proficiency in MS Office products required, experience developing Excel-based spreadsheets with macros and visual basic.
