📋 Description
- • Research & Development Software Engineer focused on Geometry & AI, building an AI Copilot for design and manufacturing by applying machine learning to real engineering problems involving 2D/3D CAD, CAE, and CAM data.
- • Day-to-day work includes developing code to process complex geometry, design workflows, and simulation data to enable AI systems to understand and use engineering information; bridging advanced models with practical engineering applications.
- • Part of an MIT-born, venture-backed Silicon Valley startup creating a real-life 'Jarvis' to reduce costs and improve engineering productivity across design and manufacturing using AI, physics simulation, and computer graphics.
- • Opportunity to grow technical expertise in Python and ML while gaining deep insight into mechanical systems, engineering design, and real-world manufacturing processes through hands-on application of theory to practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must have experience with Code Development
- • Strong technical skills in Python and machine learning
- • Ability to work with 2D and 3D data from CAD, CAE, and CAM systems
- • Comfort moving between theory and practical application
- • Curiosity to understand how things are designed and built in the real world
- • Experience with mechanical systems or engineering design is a plus
