- • Serve as Sprig’s part-time industry evangelist, amplifying the company’s mission, product vision, and value proposition across the UX research landscape by representing the brand at high-end events, panels, and conferences.
- • Create thought-provoking content including blogs, articles, social posts, playbooks, and research insights that drive awareness and inbound interest while showcasing Sprig’s AI-powered survey platform.
- • Build and nurture deep relationships with prospects, customers, and industry leaders through authentic engagement, consistent outreach, and personal presence at enterprise research teams and events.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing as a strategic partner to open doors, warm relationships, influence deals, and support customer expansion and pipeline creation.
- • Champion Sprig’s mission of making deep customer understanding effortless and always on, helping product teams move from question to evidence in hours instead of weeks through AI-driven insights.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment while contributing to Sprig’s growth as a people-first company recognized as a top 50 best place to work in the US and Bay Area.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experienced in UX Research with deep understanding of research methodologies, workflows, decision criteria, and the industry landscape.
- • Proven ability as a Thought Leader & Influencer — capable of articulating a strong point of view, commanding a room, and building a personal brand that attracts attention.
- • Exceptional Storyteller — skilled at creating engaging content and compelling narratives through writing, speaking, visuals, and presentations.
- • Executive Presence — comfortable engaging with leaders at top tech companies; confident, polished, and highly credible.
- • Relationship-Driven — personable, approachable, and adept at forming authentic connections with prospects, customers, and partners.
- • Strong Communicator — clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
