📋 Description

• • The Resource Coordinator – Italy is a critical operational pillar within Hawkeye Innovations Limited’s Football Department, serving as the primary architect of the freelance network across Italian territory to ensure the right talent is in the right place at the right time for coverage across 90 stadiums and Italy’s most prestigious football leagues.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading strategic Italian allocation and demand forecasting for freelance operators, managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of freelancers and casual workers, overseeing HSE certification compliance per D.Lgs. 81/08, administering invoicing and cost center allocation, and acting as the primary point of contact for the Italian FL/CW community while supporting training alignment and CRP strategy.
• • Hawkeye Innovations Limited operates a Football Department focused on delivering operational excellence across major Italian football competitions, relying on a nationwide network of freelance and casual workers to service stadiums in Lega Serie A, Serie BKT, Serie C, and Serie A Femminile, with a hybrid/remote work model based in Milan.
• • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in Italian labor compliance and freelance workforce management, gain experience in strategic resource planning for live events, refine financial administration and invoicing workflows, and contribute to building a loyal, high-performing national talent network while enhancing cross-functional collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams.
