  • • Lead strategic partnerships with top-tier regional and national retail pharmacy chains to drive growth and innovation in healthcare affordability.
  • • Own relationships as primary point of contact, advocate, and growth advisor for enterprise retail clients, aligning cross-functional teams at GoodRx on mission-critical initiatives.
  • • Drive collaborative business planning, forecasting, and execution of programs in pricing, marketing, tech integrations, and loyalty strategies to enhance pull-through, margin performance, and patient engagement.
  • • Present performance reviews and growth roadmaps to executive audiences, track KPIs, gather partner feedback, and surface insights that influence pricing, Network Operations, and strategic direction.
  • • Manage proposal development for new initiatives and renewals, including scope, value modeling, and delivery planning, while navigating multi-layered client organizations from C-suite to field ops.
  • • Lead and coach a team with a focus on performance growth, and travel 20–40% for strategic sessions, business reviews, and industry events.
  • • Contribute to GoodRx’s mission of helping Americans access affordable prescriptions, having helped save nearly $75 billion since 2011.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree or 12 years with a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
  • • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships in retail pharmacy or healthcare.
  • • Proven success managing complex, high-volume accounts, ideally national or enterprise-level clients.
  • • Fluency in pharmacy economics (margin, reimbursement, cost-to-fill), patient access, and point-of-sale operations.
  • • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with experience influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • • Ability to work cross-functionally with retail contracting, Network operations, marketing, and pricing analytics to align internal execution with client expectations.
