- • Manage and optimize retail media campaigns across Amazon and other retail networks, focusing on Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations
- • Ensure full and accurate delivery of client budgets through diligent campaign monitoring and allocation
- • Independently execute routine account tasks including campaign builds, daily pacing adjustments, optimization, and performance reporting
- • Create professional, client-facing reports that translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating via written correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings
- • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with broader client objectives
- • Conduct essential account maintenance tasks such as reviewing keywords, ad settings, and creative assets for accuracy and performance
- • Proactively identify and propose innovative ideas to improve media execution, campaign efficiency, and client ROI
- • Stay current with emerging retail media tools, platform updates, industry trends, and best practices

- • Support Senior Managers and Directors in ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations and strategic execution
- • Utilize advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills to build high-quality, data-driven documents and dashboards
- • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when managing campaign configurations, budget allocations, and reporting outputs
- • Maintain clear, direct, and constructive communication with both clients and internal stakeholders
- • Function autonomously while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment
- • Uphold professional integrity and foster collaborative relationships grounded in honesty and mutual respect

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience working in retail media, preferably within an agency setting
- • Proven experience managing sponsored advertising and display campaigns on Amazon via the Ad Console
- • Experience with third-party bid management platforms such as SKAI and/or Pacvue
- • Strong track record of managing complex retail media budgets
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients through written, phone, and in-person channels
