📋 Description

• Develop and deploy high-performing email and SMS campaigns for some of the fastest-growing DTC brands in the world.
• Partner closely with Retention Managers and designers to develop and deploy high-performing email and SMS campaigns.
• Translate insights into messages that drive revenue, deepen loyalty, and elevate the customer experience.
• Work directly with clients to manage the revision and approval process of their emails and SMS messages.
• Develop creative campaign concepts for client's retention marketing calendars.
• Produce the copy for campaign concepts and work directly with the client to gain approval on briefs before sending them to our in-house designers.
• Execute automation/flow logic set-up, pop-up builds, and app integrations.
• Write email and SMS marketing copy that drives loyalty and lifetime value for e-commerce clients.
• Build and deploy email and SMS flows and campaigns.
• Develop content for our e-commerce, DTC clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the world of DTC marketing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and project manage multiple tasks at once for yourself, your team, and your clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc.
• Past experience working at an agency or working with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level.
