📋 Description

• • The Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst ensures the integrity and accuracy of cash processing for Boston Medical Center and Boston University Medical Group by maintaining accounts receivable through payment posting, credit and refund oversight, and reconciliation activities.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring EFT transactions and bank statements, posting payments, resolving daily and monthly reconciliation discrepancies, managing workqueues in the EHR system, and collaborating with IT to improve system workflows based on identified trends.
• • The role operates within the Corporate PBO Cash Processing department, partnering with finance teams, department administrators, treasury, third-party billing vendors, and internal/external stakeholders to support revenue-generating departments.
• • The analyst develops policies and procedures, leads small-scale projects, conducts root cause analysis, recommends process improvements, and serves as a liaison to auditors and analytics teams while adhering to BMC’s RESPECT behavioral standards.
