- • As the Revenue Enablement Manager at Tapcheck Inc., you will serve as the critical force multiplier that transforms how sales, customer success, and partnership teams engage with prospects and customers, directly impacting revenue growth in a high-growth fintech environment by building training, tools, and systems that turn good reps into top performers.
- • You will own the end-to-end enablement strategy from onboarding to expansion, designing programs that cut ramp time in half, creating just-in-time content to win deals, and partnering with RevOps to measure enablement ROI and iterate based on data-driven insights to accelerate quota attainment and shorten sales cycles.
- • You will develop and maintain a centralized content hub featuring playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, and certification programs, ensuring revenue teams have instant access to the right resources at the right time through modern enablement platforms and LMS systems.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to synchronize enablement with product launches, campaigns, and process changes, acting as the voice of the field to surface feedback and ensure teams are equipped to succeed in evolving market conditions.
- • You will leverage your deep understanding of the full revenue motion—including sales methodologies, customer success plays, and partnership dynamics—to create compelling narratives that connect product features to customer outcomes, while using data to tie enablement activities directly to business results like conversion rates, retention, and pipeline growth.
- • You will coach and influence reps and leaders without direct authority, presenting to executives, facilitating training sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement aligned with Tapcheck’s core values of humility, grit, raising the bar, and striving for growth.
- • You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment where priorities shift quickly, applying scrappy, resourceful, 80/20 solutions that evolve over time, and contributing to Tapcheck’s mission of improving financial wellness by eliminating the need for high-interest payday loans through on-demand earnings access.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in revenue or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS or fintech company, with proven success building programs from scratch and scaling them as teams grew.
- • Deep familiarity with Salesforce and modern enablement tech stacks, including LMS platforms and workflow automation tools, with the ability to build, track, and optimize enablement initiatives for efficiency and impact.
- • Strong content creation skills, including writing and presenting complex product features into compelling customer narratives, with bonus consideration for experience in video content creation or certification program development.
- • Demonstrated ability to measure enablement ROI, analyze win/loss patterns, and tie training initiatives to business outcomes such as quota attainment, conversion rates, and customer retention using data-driven decision-making.
- • Proven influence and collaboration skills, capable of rallying cross-functional stakeholders around a vision without direct authority, comfortable presenting to executives and coaching individual reps.
- • Bias for action and adaptability in fast-paced environments, thriving amid shifting priorities with a scrappy, resourceful mindset focused on iterative improvement.
