📋 Description

• Lead the growth engine at BrowserStack, a role that demands a rare blend of deep business ownership, pipeline management, and creative technical oversight.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and execute high-impact growth strategies.
• Build a deep understanding of how the business functions and successfully scale any business in the future.
• Drive the entire team charter from hiring, team management, and firing to drive business results.
• Run a growth organization strongly rooted in numbers organization.
• This is strictly a business revenue role and hence requires strong ownership and agility to drive business results.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership role
• Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models
• Advanced executive communication and presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies
• Solid understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization
