We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue-generating processes and driving sustainable growth.
- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams by providing critical data insights, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the integrity of our revenue data. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical aptitude, and a deep understanding of the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation to renewal.
- • You will be responsible for managing and analyzing key revenue metrics, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations to improve sales performance, customer retention, and overall business efficiency. This includes deep dives into sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and churn rates.
- • A core part of your role will involve working closely with our CRM (Salesforce) and other sales and marketing technology tools. You will be responsible for data hygiene, reporting, dashboard creation, and identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement within these systems.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing operations, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on revenue goals and to provide the data-driven insights necessary for strategic decision-making.

- • Key responsibilities will include:
- • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and reports to track key revenue performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline velocity, conversion rates, average deal size, win rates, and renewal rates.
- • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales process optimization and revenue growth.
- • Supporting the sales forecasting process by providing accurate data, analysis, and insights into pipeline health and potential risks.
- • Conducting deep-dive analyses into customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, providing insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
- • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within our CRM and other revenue-related systems through regular audits and data cleansing initiatives.
- • Identifying and recommending improvements to sales processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Partnering with Sales leadership to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- • Assisting in the management and optimization of our sales technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other relevant tools.
- • Contributing to the development and refinement of sales enablement materials by providing data-backed insights and performance metrics.
- • Staying abreast of industry best practices in revenue operations and sales analytics to continuously improve our approach.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role, with a strong focus on revenue-related metrics.
- • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
