- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Ravio Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s revenue engine by driving data-informed initiatives that enhance sales, marketing, and customer success performance. This role is critical to Ravio’s mission of transforming compensation management through its real-time data platform, enabling the commercial team to operate with greater efficiency and impact as the company expands globally.
- • You will lead high-impact RevOps projects focused on unlocking pipeline growth, improving conversion rates, and reducing customer churn by turning data signals into actionable workflows. This includes owning projects from scoping and analysis through to rollout and adoption, ensuring strategic focus on the biggest commercial opportunities rather than routine support tasks.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining core revenue infrastructure such as lead scoring, data enrichment, and key commercial workflows, while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to support high-priority revenue activities and identify opportunities for AI and automation to increase operational efficiency.
- • You will own and optimize Ravio’s RevOps technology stack, including HubSpot, Clay, Cognism, Claude, and Looker, building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into performance metrics, enabling regular pipeline updates, QBR support, and ad-hoc analysis for the commercial team.
- • You will enable the commercial team to get more value from Ravio’s tools through onboarding, guidance, documentation, and running enablement sessions, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of systems across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
- • Reporting to the RevOps lead as the second hire in the newly established RevOps team (launched in 2025), you will have real ownership of your workstreams with significant greenfield opportunities ahead, as Ravio’s commercial team scales significantly in 2026.
- • This role offers the chance to grow alongside a fast-moving startup that has established itself as the European leader in compensation data serving over 1,500 clients, with ambitions to become the global go-to platform for compensation insights and tools.
- • You will develop deep expertise in revenue operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, strengthening your analytical, technical, and cross-functional collaboration skills while contributing directly to Ravio’s growth trajectory and mission of fair, transparent compensation practices worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales/marketing/customer success operations within a B2B SaaS environment, or recent transition from a commercial role into operations.
- • Strong proficiency in HubSpot and hands-on experience with a modern revenue stack including outreach tools, enrichment tools, or similar platforms.
- • Proven ability to build dashboards and reports, with comfort turning data into clear visualizations using tools like Looker.
- • Strong analytical thinking with the skill to translate data into actionable insights that drive commercial decisions.
- • Genuine appetite for learning, including quickly mastering new tools and leveraging AI to find smarter ways of working.
- • Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting between strategic projects and operational support as needed.
