• • As a Solutions Engineer for PerfectScale by DoiT, you will be a critical technical leader within our dynamic Solutions Engineering team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our North American clientele, with a primary focus on the United States market.
• • This remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise in Kubernetes optimization and cloud cost management, working collaboratively with our Account Executive team to drive exceptional value throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• • Your core mission will involve understanding and addressing the complex challenges our prospects face regarding Kubernetes performance, cost efficiency, and overall cloud resource utilization.
• • You will be instrumental in the technical qualification and discovery phase, engaging in in-depth technical discussions with prospects to thoroughly grasp their existing Kubernetes environments, identify pain points, and align their cost optimization goals and business objectives with the capabilities of PerfectScale.
• • A significant aspect of your role will be to own and lead technical validation processes and Proof of Concepts (POCs) specifically for the PerfectScale platform. This entails meticulous planning, proactive execution, and ensuring successful technical outcomes that clearly demonstrate the tangible value and precise alignment with prospect requirements.
• • You will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling, tailored demonstrations of the PerfectScale platform, effectively showcasing its advanced features and addressing specific use cases and concerns raised by prospects.
• • Leveraging your analytical prowess and profound understanding of Kubernetes, you will construct robust business cases and detailed ROI analyses. These will clearly articulate the quantifiable value, significant cost savings, and performance improvements that organizations can achieve by adopting PerfectScale.
• • You are expected to become the foremost expert on PerfectScale within the company, ensuring that prospects not only understand the solution but also achieve optimal results and experience a seamless implementation journey.
• • Taking full ownership of the technical win for PerfectScale engagements is paramount. This involves guiding prospects through their technical evaluation, meticulously addressing all technical requirements, and instilling unwavering technical confidence in the PerfectScale solution.
• • You will represent DoiT and PerfectScale at company-hosted events and prominent industry conferences. This includes delivering engaging presentations and live demonstrations to a broad audience, effectively showcasing our specialized expertise in Kubernetes optimization and the advanced capabilities of our platform.
• • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation is essential. This includes diligent data entry into internal business support systems and contributing to the development of systems and tools that provide key business information and performance metrics, thereby highlighting the effectiveness and impact of our solutions.
