You will collaborate closely with another Platform team dedicated to managing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring that all developer experience initiatives are seamlessly integrated with operational reliability and platform stability. • • Your primary responsibilities will revolve around creating transformative changes that directly enhance product development and the overall developer experience. You will enable engineers to deliver high-quality software more rapidly and reliably, fundamentally shaping how we work and innovate. This includes:
• • Designing, implementing, and meticulously maintaining CI/CD pipelines that are not only reliable and scalable but also intuitively easy for all engineering teams to utilize. This involves automating build, test, and deployment processes to minimize manual intervention and reduce lead times.
• • Proactively improving developer workflows across the board. This encompasses optimizing the pull request process, streamlining local development environments, developing standardized project templates, and establishing clear “golden paths” that guide engineers towards efficient and best-practice-aligned development, making their daily tasks smoother and more productive.
• • Defining, implementing, and rigorously enforcing comprehensive testing frameworks and quality gates. This ensures that all software produced is robust, maintainable, secure, and consistently reliable, minimizing bugs and technical debt.
• • Actively exploring, evaluating, and implementing AI-assisted development tools and automation strategies. The goal is to significantly reduce repetitive tasks, enhance code quality, and unlock new levels of efficiency within our development workflows.
• • Engaging in close collaboration with various engineering teams across the organization.
