• • As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Medely Inc., you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions that optimize revenue performance across the customer lifecycle, directly supporting the company’s mission to transform healthcare staffing through an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools.
• • Day to day, you will architect and produce key metrics and reporting, conduct deep-dive quantitative analyses to uncover root causes and growth opportunities, build complex financial and operational models in Excel and Google Sheets for scenario planning, leverage tools like Clay and AI workflows to automate lead enrichment and scale outbound operations, perform operational audits to ensure data integrity in commissions and funnel conversion, and develop trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business change through insights.
