- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst at The Economist Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the new centralised Revenue Operations team by enabling data-driven decision-making for global sales teams. Your work will directly contribute to improving sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency through advanced data visualization and reporting.
- • Day to day, you will lead data visualization deliverables using Tableau (or similar BI tools), develop and maintain Salesforce data governance, create centralized reporting dashboards for sales leadership, validate reports for data integrity and compliance, and partner with Sales Enablement to surface insights from activity and reporting needs. You will also implement supporting architecture for BI solutions and ensure alignment across global teams.
- • You will join Economist Enterprise, a division of The Economist Group Limited, which delivers analysis and insights to subscribers and businesses in 170 countries through The Economist, Economist Enterprise, and Economist Education. The organisation is driven by innovation, independence, and rigour, empowering individuals and organisations to understand and tackle global challenges.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise BI tools, SQL, and sales operations analytics while gaining exposure to global sales processes, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration. You will become a trusted subject matter expert and go-to person for data visualization and reporting standards within the central Revenue Operations team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or foreign degree equivalent
- • Two plus years of experience with data visualization implementing high value-add solutions and performing administrative activities across a multi-environment infrastructure
- • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- • Excellent English communication skills – both written and oral
- • Strong knowledge of Tableau or other major Business Intelligence tool and development experience working with SQL and databases
- • Experience using Microsoft Excel and the G-suite of tools
