📋 Description

• As a Revenue Operations Analyst at dLocal, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to enable global businesses to collect payments across 40 emerging markets by optimizing revenue processes, improving data accuracy, and driving operational efficiency.
• Day to day, you will analyze revenue data, monitor key performance indicators, support forecasting and reporting, collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to identify revenue leakage, and help implement process improvements to enhance revenue predictability and scalability.
• You will join a dynamic, global team of over 1,000 teammates from 30+ nationalities who are passionate about building scalable payment solutions and expanding access to emerging markets through innovation and customer-centricity.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in revenue operations, financial analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth fintech environment, gaining exposure to international markets and scalable business models that impact millions of users worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or business analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of SaaS or subscription-based revenue models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international or fintech environment
