- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst focused on Marketing at Modernizing Medicine, Inc. (ModMed), you will be the pivotal analytical force driving the optimization of our marketing investments and the comprehensive measurement of our demand generation funnel's effectiveness.
- • This role is central to understanding and enhancing how our marketing efforts translate into tangible business outcomes, with a strong emphasis on improving pipeline contribution and overall Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency.
- • You will be instrumental in developing sophisticated attribution models that accurately reflect the influence of various marketing touchpoints across the customer journey.
- • Your core responsibilities will include meticulously analyzing the Return on Investment (ROI), cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates for all marketing campaigns and programs, spanning digital, content, events, and other channels.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to identify friction points within the demand funnel, from initial inquiry to closed-won deals, and to provide data-driven recommendations to accelerate the sales cycle velocity.
- • You will ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within our core marketing technology stack, including platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, and Google Analytics, and their seamless integration with our CRM, Salesforce.
- • Collaboration with the DX (Digital Experience) team will be essential to maintain and improve data quality and system integrations.
- • You will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and reporting on multi-touch attribution models, providing clear insights into which marketing activities are most influential in driving revenue.
- • Supporting Marketing leadership, you will contribute to forecasting pipeline generation, setting demand targets, and providing critical data to inform strategic budget allocation decisions.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve designing and maintaining insightful dashboards that clearly visualize key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), such as MQL volume, CPL, and pipeline contribution, for both executive leadership and tactical marketing teams.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to marketing stakeholders, providing them with the insights needed to refine their strategies and maximize their impact.
