Revenue Operations Analyst / Salesforce Administrator

📋 Description

• • The Revenue Operations Analyst / Salesforce Administrator role is critical to scaling Redox’s go-to-market engine by ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and system optimization across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This role directly impacts revenue predictability and operational scalability by maintaining the Salesforce platform as a single source of truth for customer and pipeline data.
• • Day to day, the person will manage Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards; maintain data quality through deduplication, validation rules, and imports; support sales and marketing teams with system training and troubleshooting; collaborate with RevOps and finance on forecasting accuracy; and partner with IT and security on system integrations and access controls.
