- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst focused on Territory Management at 1Password, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales territory data, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s go-to-market strategy. Your work will support sales teams in targeting the right accounts with the right coverage, enabling predictable revenue growth and operational excellence across a rapidly scaling organization.
- • You will execute territory assignments and ownership updates in Salesforce, apply established rules of engagement to ensure accurate account and opportunity ownership, support territory changes related to new hires, leaves of absence, and organizational shifts, maintain account hierarchies in accordance with defined standards, monitor and report on territory data accuracy and routing integrity, prepare data inputs and reporting to support territory modeling and coverage analysis, assist with quarterly book adjustments and segmentation updates, and maintain documentation related to territory processes and guidelines.
- • You will be part of 1Password’s Revenue Operations team, a cross-functional group dedicated to optimizing sales performance through data-driven processes, system integrity, and strategic alignment. This team collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives, and operates with a strong emphasis on transparency, process discipline, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Salesforce territory management, sales operations analytics, and GTM process design, while gaining exposure to enterprise-scale revenue operations in a high-growth cybersecurity leader. You’ll sharpen your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, influence cross-functional decision-making, and contribute to scalable systems that support 1Password’s mission to secure digital identities for millions of users worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
- • Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting, including data manipulation, validation, and ownership logic
- • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formula usage for data analysis and reconciliation
