- • As a Revenue Operations Analyst focused on Territory Management at 1Password, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales territory data, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s go-to-market strategy. Your work will support sales teams in targeting the right accounts with the right coverage, enabling predictable revenue growth and operational excellence across the GTM organization.
- • You will execute territory assignments and ownership updates in Salesforce, apply rules of engagement to ensure correct account and opportunity ownership, and maintain account hierarchies in alignment with defined standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring territory data accuracy, supporting changes due to hiring, leaves, or organizational shifts, preparing data inputs for territory modeling, assisting with quarterly book adjustments and segmentation updates, and maintaining detailed documentation of territory processes and guidelines.
- • You will join a collaborative, high-performing Revenue Operations team within 1Password’s fast-growing GTM organization, where precision, process adherence, and cross-functional partnership are valued. The team operates in a remote-first UK environment, contributing to a company that has surpassed $400M in ARR and is recognized as a leader in cybersecurity innovation and workplace culture.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Salesforce data management, territory planning methodologies, and revenue operations best practices. You will gain exposure to enterprise-scale GTM strategy, improve your analytical and process optimization skills, and contribute to initiatives that enhance sales productivity and forecast accuracy—positioning you for advancement within RevOps, sales operations, or broader business analytics functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
- • Experience working with Salesforce data and reporting
- • Strong Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
- • Understanding of sales funnel stages and ownership logic
- • Strong attention to detail and process adherence
- • Ability to collaborate cross functionally and communicate clearly
