  • • Own the revenue operations engine that powers Maven’s growth. As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure every GTM team has the data, tools, and processes they need to hit aggressive ARR targets and deliver better health outcomes for women and families.
  • • Build and maintain the single source of truth for pipeline, bookings, churn, and expansion. You will administer Salesforce, configure custom objects, validation rules, flows, and CPQ; audit data weekly to keep conversion rates accurate; and partner with BI to surface executive-level dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers.
  • • Design scalable processes that shorten sales cycles and improve forecast accuracy. You will map the buyer journey from lead to renewal, identify friction points, and roll out playbooks that standardize stage definitions, MEDDPICC qualification, mutual-close plans, and executive-business-review templates across a 60-person global sales organization.
  • • Own the weekly forecast cadence. You will run pipeline-hygiene reports, flag upside and risk 30-60-90 days out, and present findings to the CRO and functional VPs. Your analysis will directly influence hiring plans, marketing spend, and board-level guidance.
  • • Partner with Marketing Ops to build multi-touch attribution models that prove ROI on $20M+ annual demand-gen budget. You will track funnel velocity by segment (enterprise, mid-market, channel), recommend channel mix changes, and set up A/B experiments that lift MQL-to-SQL conversion by double digits.
  • • Support Customer Success Operations to reduce churn and drive net-revenue retention above 115%. You will build health-score dashboards combining product-usage, NPS, support tickets, and outcome data; trigger automated CTAs for CSMs; and model price increase and cross-sell scenarios that add millions in expansion ARR.
  • • Evaluate, implement, and integrate best-in-class GTM tooling. Recent projects include deploying Gong for conversation intelligence, Clari for predictive forecasting, and Catalyst for customer success workflows. You will manage vendor relationships, security reviews, and change-management training to ensure 90%+ adoption within 30 days of launch.
  • • Maintain compliance and data governance across a highly regulated healthcare environment. You will enforce field-level encryption for PHI, document SOX-ready controls, and partner with Legal to ensure GDPR/CCPA opt-in processes are embedded in every web-to-lead form.
  • • Create enablement assets that uplevel the entire revenue organization. Examples: interactive pricing calculators, competitive-battle cards synced to Salesforce opportunity types, and self-service Tableau dashboards that let AEs slice pipeline by industry, buyer persona, and clinical program.
  • • Influence product roadmap with data-driven GTM insights. You will correlate feature adoption with expansion revenue, feed win/loss themes back to PMM, and model TAM for new menopause and midlife offerings that could unlock an additional $200M market opportunity.
  • • Thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous culture. You will document every process in Notion, run weekly Slack office hours for reps in EMEA and APAC, and twice a year bring the entire GTM team together for an off-site that blends strategic planning with community-impact projects supporting women’s health nonprofits.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth Operations role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (healthcare or regulated industry strongly preferred)
  • • Expert-level Salesforce administration: custom objects, flows, CPQ, permissions, and Apex-trigger literacy; Salesforce Admin certification a plus
  • • Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode to build executive-level dashboards
  • • Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and pipeline velocity through process design and tooling automation
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related analytical field; MBA or relevant graduate work a nice-to-have
