- • Design and implement operational processes to support the OpenAI Technical Success team, ensuring seamless management of customer interactions from onboarding through ongoing technical support and services delivery.
- • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate scalable, efficient operational workflows into customer success processes.
- • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to technical success, developing and maintaining dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- • Manage capacity and coverage strategy for the Technical Success team, aligning with business objectives and providing data-driven recommendations for resource optimization.
- • Partner with the data team to ensure data integrity and accuracy, enabling reliable reporting and decision-making for revenue-generating activities.
- • Lead strategic analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization within the Technical Success function.
- • Drive cross-functional projects to implement process improvements, ensuring alignment across Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership teams.
- • Operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, managing multiple concurrent initiatives with ruthless prioritization and frequent context switching.
- • Maintain exceptional organizational skills to support complex, high-velocity operations in a fast-growing AI company.
- • Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, demonstrating strong executive presence and clarity in presenting operational insights and recommendations.
