- • As Revenue Operations Lead at Voize Inc., you will own and optimize the company's revenue engine by building and maintaining the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate with clarity, precision, and scalability. This role is critical to transforming go-to-market complexity into predictable outcomes through accurate forecasting, clean data, and automated workflows that empower teams to close deals faster and improve customer retention.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning and continuously improving the revenue technology stack, with HubSpot as the core CRM, ensuring high data quality, seamless automation, and strong adoption across all go-to-market teams. You will build and maintain revenue forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and executive dashboards that inform strategic business decisions, while defining and tracking the GTM metric framework and establishing a consistent reporting cadence. You will support territory planning, quota-setting, and compensation plan design in close partnership with Sales leadership and Finance, and actively align GTM leadership around shared goals, holding them accountable for target achievement and process adherence. Additionally, you will drive automation initiatives across all GTM functions to enable team members to significantly increase their output and impact.
