Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Revenue Operations Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will partner with a high-growth sales organization to drive performance against key performance indicators and optimize operational efficiency in support of the company’s mission to modernize the $200B dental industry through technology.
• • Day to day, you will own core SalesOps processes including lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management; maintain pipeline hygiene and reporting; build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity; analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs; develop and maintain Salesforce SOPs; optimize the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong); partner on forecasting and pipeline reviews; troubleshoot data integrity issues; and collaborate cross-functionally with enablement and business systems teams.
