- • Design and build sales workflows and tooling from scratch, serving as the first person to solve key revenue operations problems at Cambly
- • Own HubSpot end-to-end including data model design, pipeline stages, automation rules, reporting dashboards, and third-party integrations
- • Build and maintain prospecting and lead enrichment workflows using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools
- • Implement and optimize call recording and conversation intelligence platforms to drive coaching insights and improve pipeline visibility
- • Identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled workflows across the sales cycle, including lead scoring, automated call summarization, and forecasting enhancements
- • Construct real-time dashboards to monitor pipeline health, sales representative performance, and forecast accuracy
- • Diagnose systemic bottlenecks in the sales cycle and design scalable, repeatable processes rather than temporary fixes
- • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of data, systems, and reporting standards
- • Architect integrated revenue technology stacks that connect HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn, AI tools, and call intelligence platforms into a unified system
- • Operate with a builder mentality — translating ambiguous direction into functional, production-grade systems without predefined specs
- • Iterate in the open, defaulting to action and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- • Translate complex technical systems into clear, actionable guidance for sales reps and leadership
- • Maintain high standards of data integrity and process discipline across all revenue operations systems
- • Support both SDR and AE motion workflows within the sales organization
- • Work within a remote, distributed team structure while maintaining strong collaboration and communication
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and call recording/conversation intelligence tools
- • Practical, hands-on experience building with AI tools in a sales workflow
- • Track record of architecting systems or processes that didn't exist before, from a loose brief
- • Technical mindset: comfortable with data, integrations, automation logic, and troubleshooting your own builds
- • Proactive, ownership-driven — defaults to action and iterates in the open
