- • We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally-minded Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our Demand Generation engine. This position is deeply rooted in data, requiring a natural inclination towards understanding CRM objects, schemas, lifecycle states, data joins, and structured datasets. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the foundational data structures that enable our Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
- • This is a hands-on role where you will directly engage with our Salesforce instance and data enrichment tools like Clay. Your primary focus will be on constructing and managing the datasets that are critical for lead sourcing, customer segmentation, targeted outreach, and the implementation of signal-based workflows. You will serve as the analytical powerhouse for our Demand Generation team, ensuring that our execution is precise, scalable, and consistently reliable.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the design and operation of structured datasets that form the backbone of our top-of-funnel engine. This involves translating complex GTM use cases into clean, well-defined data models. You will meticulously define fields, establish key relationships, manage data joins, and implement logic to ensure seamless workflow execution with minimal friction.
- • A significant part of your role will involve direct interaction with core Salesforce objects, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of their lifecycles and ensuring that all relationships between these objects are accurate and dependable. Data hygiene will not be treated as a mere cleanup task; instead, it will be viewed as a fundamental aspect of our core infrastructure, essential for operational success.
- • You will be tasked with implementing sophisticated signal thresholds, defining precise inclusion and exclusion criteria for our target audiences, and establishing robust rules for routing readiness. A critical aspect of your work will be the rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) of data before it is passed to our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or Sales teams. When any data anomalies are detected, your approach will be to identify and rectify the root cause, rather than applying superficial fixes.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for building comprehensive, structured visibility into our funnel, from the initial signal capture all the way through to pipeline generation. You will make key metrics such as conversion rates, velocity, and leakage points measurable and trustworthy. When the Demand Generation team requires insights or has questions, the answers will be derived from well-modeled data, eliminating guesswork and providing clear, actionable intelligence.
- • As Legora continues its rapid growth trajectory, you will play a crucial role in continuously refining our data schemas, simplifying complex data joins, and actively working to reduce manual processes. - • Proven experience in a GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
