  • • Revenue Operations Specialist at Aisle Inc. plays a critical role in building and scaling the operational foundation of the company’s go-to-market strategy, directly supporting the mission to protect democratic societies from sophisticated cyberattacks through AI-driven vulnerability remediation. This role ensures that sales, finance, and growth functions operate with precision, enabling faster deal cycles, accurate forecasting, and scalable revenue processes across both enterprise and self-serve motions.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning HubSpot CRM data hygiene, pipeline structure, deal stage governance, and lifecycle stages to ensure opportunity data is accurate, actionable, and reliable for forecasting and reporting; building and maintaining custom reporting, dashboards, and operating cadences for GTM leadership to support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting processes; tracking ARR, ACV, pipeline coverage, stage conversion, and other core GTM metrics while bringing consistency to KPI definitions and performance tracking across enterprise and emerging self-serve signals.
  • • Supporting deal desk and commercial operations by assisting with quote and contract preparation, approval workflows, and order management; helping create scalable processes around pricing, commercial terms, and deal progression; partnering with Finance and internal stakeholders to reduce friction from opportunity to signature; and maintaining clean handoffs from sales to onboarding and billing to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • • Enabling sales effectiveness through operationalizing the sales process via better documentation, templates, and internal systems; maintaining and improving assets such as AE onboarding materials, discovery frameworks, call libraries, and competitive battlecards; supporting weekly GTM meetings with accurate reporting and preparation; and identifying opportunities to remove manual work and improve productivity across the GTM team through automation and process optimization.
  • • Working within a small, talent-dense, globally distributed team (US, Europe, Israel) that values high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration, where the individual will work directly with leadership to improve revenue operations day to day, build systems from scratch, and contribute to a mission-driven cybersecurity startup backed by world-class founders and advisors.
  • • The role offers significant opportunity to learn and achieve mastery in revenue operations within a high-growth AI cybersecurity startup, including end-to-end ownership of GTM infrastructure, exposure to enterprise sales cycles and PLG motions, and the ability to design and implement scalable systems that directly impact revenue predictability and company growth — all while developing cross-functional leadership skills in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Commercial Finance, or a similar role in Tech, with B2B preferred
  • • Hands-on CRM experience, particularly with HubSpot, is a plus
  • • Strong analytical skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and CRM reporting
  • • Ability to own cross-functional processes independently and drive them to completion
  • • Skill in building systems and workflows, not just maintaining them
  • • Clear communicator with strong ownership, attention to detail, and comfort operating in ambiguity
