• • The Revenue Protection & Collection Senior Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding company revenue by managing complex refund scenarios and preventing financial losses through accurate payment and ticketing operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting Customer Care operations with complex refunds, payments, and BSP processes; reviewing high-risk cases for financial impact; overseeing revenue recovery initiatives like waiver code recoveries and ADM disputes; and providing expert guidance to improve team accuracy and prevent recurring issues.
• • The role is part of Perk’s global Customer Care Operations team, working within a mission-driven company that automates travel and spend management to eliminate inefficiencies and empower over 10,000 client companies worldwide.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), strengthen your analytical and risk-based decision-making skills, and become a trusted subject matter expert in revenue protection, contributing to operational excellence across a fast-paced, international organization.
