  • • The Revenue Strategy & Biz Ops Lead will shape Remote’s most critical revenue growth decisions by operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, directly influencing executive-level priorities and overall business direction in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • • Day to day, the role involves identifying and framing high-impact business problems related to revenue growth using data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder input; conducting structured quantitative and qualitative analysis; synthesizing findings into clear, actionable strategies for C-level audiences; influencing senior stakeholders to gain buy-in; leading cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end; building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders; and acting as a generalist thought partner to revenue leaders.
  • • The role sits within the GTM Strategy team and reports to the SVP, Finance, Strategy & RevOps. Remote is a fully remote, globally distributed company with team members across 6 continents, driven by core values including Innovation, and committed to building a best-in-class HR platform while navigating global employment compliantly.
  • • The person in this role will gain exposure to C-level decision-making, take end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives, see recommendations drive measurable business outcomes, and develop deep expertise in SaaS and B2B software markets while advancing leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills in a high-growth, asynchronous work culture.
