📋 Description

• As a Revenue Workflow Analyst at Coder Technologies Inc., you will help GTM teams work faster, learn sooner, and make better decisions by improving the workflows behind growth—this role matters because clean systems reduce time spent chasing inputs and increase time spent understanding customers.
• Day to day, you will support revenue workflows across Salesforce and related GTM systems, build lightweight automations and structured templates, create and test AI-assisted workflows for account research and CRM updates, review AI outputs for accuracy, maintain clean account and opportunity data, build reports and dashboards, analyze revenue data for trends and risks, partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and RevOps on process improvements, troubleshoot workflow issues independently, and translate business questions into analysis using spreadsheets, CRM reports, SQL, or BI tools.
• You will join a team at Coder, an AI software development company pioneering autonomous coding, where you’ll collaborate across GTM functions to improve how revenue systems connect and operate, learning from a culture that values ownership, ambiguity, and builder-minded problem solving.
• In this role, you will learn how revenue systems function across sales, marketing, and customer success, gain hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and AI tools, develop skills in data cleaning, process mapping, and lightweight tool building, and grow your ability to turn messy inputs into reliable systems—positioning you to drive measurable improvements in GTM efficiency and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, systems work, computer engineering, or a related internship or project
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, structured data, and business metrics
• Self-starter who can take a vague problem, define the next step, and make progress independently
• Engineering mindset: breaking problems down, testing assumptions, documenting decisions, and improving systems
• High attention to detail: catching messy data, unclear handoffs, and broken processes
• Strong written communication skills: explaining what changed, what matters, and what should happen next
