  • • Your core responsibility will be to architect and maintain the integrity of our Revit/BIM program. This includes building and managing all Revit/BIM templates and models, ensuring that all content, schedules, and outputs precisely meet the complex information requirements of our diverse stakeholders. You will be the guardian of our BIM standards, ensuring they are not only documented but also rigorously applied by all program participants.

This collaborative approach will foster an environment of continuous feedback, enabling iterative improvements and the ongoing refinement of our BIM program to meet evolving industry demands and business objectives.

  • • You will maintain and update a comprehensive catalog of Revit families, models, and prototype templates. This ensures consistency and efficiency for all teammates and projects, reducing redundancy and errors.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, end-user training sessions, empowering our teams to effectively utilize the BIM tools and processes. This includes providing essential system onboarding support for new teammates, ensuring they can quickly become productive members of the BIM-enabled workflow.
