  • • As the RevOps Lead at Light & Wonder, Inc., you will be instrumental in scaling our revenue engine, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle from initial pipeline creation through to expansion and retention.
  • • This pivotal role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, deep analytical capabilities, and hands-on operational execution. You will be a key partner to leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, tasked with designing impactful programs, deriving critical performance insights, and operationalizing high-priority initiatives.
  • • Your mandate extends beyond mere problem analysis; you will be empowered to build and implement the solutions that drive revenue growth and efficiency.
  • • You will collaborate closely with GTM (Go-To-Market) leadership to shape annual and quarterly strategic plans, contributing to territory design, capacity modeling, and the strategic allocation of investments.
  • • A core responsibility will be translating overarching company objectives into measurable, actionable GTM operating plans, ensuring alignment and focus across revenue-generating teams.
  • • You will proactively identify performance gaps within the revenue funnel and propose data-driven strategic interventions to address them.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve building and maintaining robust reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to customer expansion.
  • • You will conduct in-depth analyses of pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and expansion metrics, delivering actionable insights to Sales and Customer Success leadership.
  • • You will play a key role in refining KPI definitions and ensuring metric consistency across all revenue-related functions, fostering a unified understanding of performance.
  • • Support will be provided for executive and board-level reporting, requiring the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise summaries.
  • • You will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements across the entire customer journey, from initial lead engagement through to closing deals, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • • Owning core GTM workflows, including lead routing, opportunity management, and lifecycle tracking, will be essential for optimizing operational efficiency.
  • • You will partner with the GTM Systems team to identify and implement necessary tooling enhancements, ensuring our technology stack effectively supports revenue operations.
  • • A critical focus will be on improving forecasting discipline and maintaining pipeline hygiene, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our revenue projections.
  • • You will actively work to reduce manual tasks and eliminate inefficiencies within the revenue process, freeing up valuable resources for strategic activities.
  • • As a strategic thought partner, you will engage with Sales leadership on matters of pipeline health, compensation performance, and overall productivity.
  • • You will collaborate with Customer Success leadership to analyze renewal rates, expansion opportunities, and churn drivers.
  • • Support Marketing teams by providing insights into lead quality, funnel conversion rates, and campaign attribution.
  • • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, robust ARR modeling, and consistent performance tracking.
  • • You are expected to challenge existing assumptions, bring data to support your arguments in cross-functional debates, and actively influence key business decisions.
  • • This role is designed for someone who thinks in terms of interconnected systems and understands the implications of various tradeoffs.
  • • You should possess a passion for data, but crucially, be able to translate that data into tangible business actions rather than simply reporting on it.
  • • The ability to seamlessly transition between high-level executive strategy discussions and detailed, hands-on execution is paramount.
  • • A strong curiosity about the potential of AI to enhance revenue operations and customer engagement is highly desirable.
  • • You will gain broad exposure across the entire revenue funnel, from initial prospect engagement to long-term customer value realization.
  • • Success in this role will be defined by establishing clear visibility into funnel performance and key revenue drivers, becoming a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, providing data-backed recommendations that influence investment decisions, and implementing scalable processes that enhance efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
  • • This is a high-impact role situated at the core of the company's growth strategy, influencing how we invest, sell, forecast, retain, and expand our customer base. It is a leverage role, not merely a reporting function.
