- • As a RevOps Planning Analyst at Incident Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy by owning quota design, territory planning, and compensation administration to support predictable and scalable revenue growth.
- • Day to day, you will manage quota deployment and tracking, design and maintain territory maps, act as the primary point of contact for GTM planning and compensation inquiries, partner with Finance on headcount and capacity modeling, support quarterly and annual planning cycles with data-driven 'what-if' scenarios, build and maintain GTM productivity dashboards, and orchestrate the compensation administration process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- • You will join a small, high-impact Revenue Operations team that works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive GTM productivity and revenue growth, operating within a fast-growing, ambitious company backed by top-tier investors and trusted by industry leaders like Netflix, Airbnb, and Block.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in revenue planning and incentive design, strengthen your analytical and systems fluency across GTM tools, and gain direct exposure to strategic decision-making—positioning you to influence long-term commercial strategy and advance into broader RevOps or GTM leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or FP&A with a focus on quotas, commissions, and sales modeling
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets to turn data into actionable insights
- • Builder’s mindset with initiative to create structure and improve processes where none exist
- • Familiarity with GTM technology stack including Gong, Salesforce, and Qobra, and understanding of data flow between systems
- • High emotional intelligence and communication skills to clearly and empathetically explain planning decisions to reps and executives
