RevOps Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a RevOps Specialist at Pdftools, you will be an embedded practitioner working alongside a Senior RevOps to own and improve the systems, data, and processes that power the go-to-market engine, ensuring the company’s mission to empower document sharing with trust and confidence is supported by reliable operational infrastructure.
• • Day to day, you will own HubSpot configuration including properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages; build and maintain workflows and automation using tools like Zapier and n8n; manage user permissions and onboarding; extract and analyze CRM and product data to support decisions; build dashboards for pipeline and revenue metrics; track sales targets and KPIs; support commission calculations; and serve as the go-to expert on sales processes and CRM best practices for Sales and Customer Success teams.
